"What shall we do" was a question asked by the Jews (Acts 2:37) in Jerusalem following Peter's sermon on Pentecost after the resurrection of Christ. Peter responsed, "Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins" (Acts 2:38). Based on all the examples in the New Testament book of Acts, these same conditions of salvation applied to all men, both Jew and Gentile, whom the Lord added to the church. Therefore, these same conditions of salvation are required by all men today in order to be added to the church by God.
We invite you to come to any of our regularly scheduled services and study Bible subjects, such as how to become a Christian, based on "What does the Scripture say?" (Rom 4:3). Or if you would like to have a home Bible study, we will accomodate you based on the most convenient time and place. We also have a free Bible Correspondence course we would be happy to send you.
